Stir fried soya chunks

Another very simple and common dish.

Soak soya chunks in hot water for 5-10 minutes till soft.
Run through cold water.
Heat oil and fry onion and green chillies.
Add pepper and soya sauce.
Add the soya chunks and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Add salt to taste.
Serve hot. Enjoy!!!!

Paneer Fry

Very simple. Cut paneer(cottage cheese) into medium sized cubes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add paneer cubes, chopped onion and green chillies.
Add pepper, salt, besan and one teaspoon soya sauce.
Stir fry for two minutes.
Serve hot with rice or roti.

Fried frogs anyone?

We had fried frogs for lunch..

Well, not really. Can you guess what these really are?

Fried pasta for breakfast

Had fried pasta for breakfast.

Boil macaroni in pressure cooker. 1 whistle.
Run through cold water. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a wok or pan.
Fry chopped onions and green chillies till golden brown.
Add the boiled macaroni.
Add 2 table spoon soya sauce and salt to taste.
Fry well till dry. Garnish with celery and serve hot.
